Where is SoBol of Apex Located?
SoBol is located at 1451 Richardson Rd., Suite 124, in Sweetwater Town Center.
I spoke with Jenny, who owns SoBol with her husband, and here is what she told me:
“We believe that eating healthier alternatives should never be a chore. That’s why we pride ourselves on making our blends fresh each day, which includes our own homemade granola, and topping our product with only the freshest of fruits.”
SoBol Menu and Ingredients
Jenny tells me all of their products are real food for people looking for a delicious, quick, and affordable meal. They offer acai bowls, fruit blended bowls, Belgium waffles, gluten-free egg bites, and refreshers such as their blue spirulina lemonade and strawberry dragonfruit collagen refresher.
They don’t use any ice, powders, syrups, or added sugars, and their produce is sourced locally. Their granola and egg bites are gluten-free, and they are vegan friendly and dairy-free.
Some of their most popular menu items include acai bowls, fruit blended bowls, and real fruit smoothies, such as the Super Green smoothie. Pro tip: Add peanut butter and plant or whey protein to the Super Green and I’m told it is out of this world!
They are always adding new menu items, such as ube (purple yam), and seasonal items, such as the Pumpkin Smoothie coming back on October 1!
SoBol, Locally Owned and Operated
This is SoBol’s second location—they opened the first one in Cary in 2021. Jenny has been in the restaurant industry for years, managing her parents’ restaurant when she was only sixteen! Over time she noticed how many people are either sensitive or allergic to dairy, and that helped inform her vision for SoBol.
Jenny and her husband live in Apex and told me, “We love our town and are passionate about bringing healthy, delicious food to our community. Our goal is to be a positive, caring presence—offering meals you can feel good about. We’re here to make your day better with something nutritious and different.”
About this new location, Jenny said, “We are very thankful for the support we’ve received from our community and our customers. And we’re thankful for having such a great staff.”
