Want to Level Up Your Self-Care Game in 2026? Say Hello to Degree Wellness!

I spoke with Laurie Treise, the area general manager at both the Sweetwater and Holly Springs locations, and learned that Degree Wellness is “on a mission to empower people to feel, look, and be their best selves.” They offer innovative solutions through heat, cold, light, and advanced nutrient therapies, all designed to enhance your physical and mental health.

Their services, all of which are included in their membership, include Full Body Cryotherapy, Contrast Therapy (Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna), Full Body Red Light, Red Light Facials, Oxygen Therapy, Compression Massage Therapy (leg and hip). They will also offer Nutraceuticals (IVs, NAD+ anti-aging, and vitamin shots).

Their Services

You can find a more comprehensive description of each of these services on their website here, so I’ll just give a quick intro to each. And note that every service is delivered in its own private suite.

Full Body Cryotherapy reduces inflammation, boosts blood circulation, increases endorphins and collagen, reduces cellulite, and helps relieve chronic pain from arthritis and migraines.

Contrast Therapy alternates between infrared sauna and cold plunge, which promotes oxygen-rich blood flow to areas of pain, alleviates discomfort in injured areas, boosts metabolism, and reduces inflammation.

Full Body Red Light Therapy enhances mitochondrial function, increasing natural energy at the cellular level, promotes healthy circulation, sharpens mental clarity, helps reduce visible signs of aging by revitalizing skin, restoring balance, and calming inflammation.

Red Light Facials use a combination of red and near-infrared light to promote micro-circulation (tissue repair), enhance collagen and elastin production, and improve the appearance of fine lines. Blue light penetrates the dermal layer to help clear acne and prevent future breakouts.

Compression Massage Therapy uses rhythmic compression to boost circulation and deliver oxygen to tired muscles, and promote lymphatic drainage to help reduce soreness and inflammation for faster recovery.

Oxygen Therapy has been shown in scientific studies to reduce signs of aging at the cellular level by up to 25 years! Oxygen therapy also increases cerebral blood flow, which enhances cognition, particularly in aging adults. It improves energy, attention span, processing speed, and executive functions. Sign me up!

They also offer Nutraceuticals, which includes IV therapy, NAD+ anti-aging treatments, and vitamin shots for a variety of different treatments, including metabolism, hydration, immunity, energy, anti-aging, mood, and many more. These treatments are not included in the membership but are offered at a discounted rate to members.
